I highly recommend this location. I worked with Caitlin who was very professional, responsive, and kept me informed on how the repair was progressing. I'm a super meticulous, detail-oriented person and they exceeded my expectations as far as the quality of the repair. When they initially returned the vehicle there was a very small, minor imperfection in the paint. To be honest, this minor imperfection was one that over 99% of the population would have never noticed. I brought it to their attention and they happily buffed it out. The end result is AMAZING!! The car literally looks just like it did the day it was sitting on the showroom floor; not a trace that it was ever in an accident. I have always gone to Caliber Collision since 2002, and since then I've had 3 cars repaired. They're always courteous, professional, and thorough - no matter what location I've gone to. It may take a while these days to get an appointment, but if you can, it's worth the wait.
