I bought an older, used Lexus SUV (2010) with a vague accident history. While exiting out of a Duke parking lot, I bumped into a pole causing the entire bumper to fall off. This was my first car, but I've grown up listening to enough of NPR's "Car Talk" to know that replacing a bumper wouldn't be a cheap fix. I reached out to my go-to auto shop and they referred me to their recommended collision center. As I scrolled through this collision center's reviews, I found a recurring theme, "this place does a great job, but there's another place in town that does it better and at a much more affordable price". I was in a minor accident with my wife's dream car. I searched the Triangle high and low for a repair shop that could do the job, and was referred to Pastor Al. After meeting with Pastor Al, we came away with a feeling of confidence. Pastor Al is fair, doesn't over-promise, and goes out of his way to do his best. Pastor Al is a pillar of integrity and honesty; one can't help but love him. We were extremely pleased with the craftsmanship and pains his crew took to get it right.
