This was my first time going to this location, but I will say they were great. I called before I went down here and asked about my needs for my vehicle and they let me know everything up front. They told me they did have a few customers already but they will work me in. I will say I only spent about 15 minutes total and I was back on the road. Thank You!!!

These negative (& ironic, as you see there are VERY FEW) really annoy me. As I’m a loyal customer and have been since 2020. YES, they may not have had time to do someone’s vehicle, but as stated the man was TOLD that. And I can guarantee that’s not how it was worded. I can beg they POLITELY said I’m so sorry, I have to be honest, we’re short staffed and I don’t think we’ll be able to get it done as fast as you’d like and/or we’re booked and behind BECAUSE of short staff. My experience has always been great. They ALWAYS truthfully tell you if & how busy they are and when they can or believe they can have your issue taken care of. They 1,000% stand behind their work as well, I know this from personal experience and it wasn’t even their fault. It was the part company yet they still replaced it for free. They treat their customers like FRIENDS OR LOVED ONES. They are nonstop busy and can’t take every job that comes in BECAUSE THEY HAVE SO MANY LOYAL CUSTOMERS, clientele/people referred to
