There is a new guy doing inspections here, and he is friendly, efficient and fast. Some folks have had issues with the old guy (I never did, but there were some rough reviews) but if you were turned off in the past, try it again. My car is 2 years old so no emissions required, but I might have been there 10 minutes.
If you gave a low star review it's your own fault.
Don't ever take your car to a tire place or regular garage to get inspected! My son did that in Boone and they wanted to not pass him for windshield wipers! Because the windshield wiper streaked. These guys are State inspectors and that's all they do, they don't try to make money on you!
