I've let them do work for me before and I was satisfied. This last time around, I dropped my SUV off and they didn't get to look at it until after having it there for 2 weeks. While it sat there, they didn't have the decency to hook up the jump start box to close my sunroof or my put up my window since we were getting rain almost everyday consecutively. My truck got mold on the seats. I had to get the water out. But I guess I shouldn't complain too much because they only charged me for the tow, they didn't charge me to look under the car, even though it only took about 3 minutes to look at what the issues were.

I cannot recommend Francisco's services enough!!! I can confidently say that he does honest, good work, and I am never taking my car anywhere else for repairs. My car has been a nightmare to repair, but it's running better now after taking it to Francisco than it ever has since I bought it. I saw a Facebook advertisement from a Gentleman named Francisco. I reached out, described my trucks problem (no reverse), he gave me a ball park price for it, took it there and gave me a formal quote (very reasonable price), I dropped the truck off, 3 days later I get the: "your truck is ready" phone call... although it has a 1 year warranty, I waited a whole month before posting a review (to prevent any small problems, NONE found so far) truck runs greater than ever, shifts smooth through all gears and... it now has a strong reverse !!! great service.
