If I could give 0 stars then I would. This review has nothing to do with the service that was done to the car. This review is about a certain individual at the shop who decided to refer to a paying customer as "this Mexican". It was all caught on camera. The owner offered no solution or anything despite this situation. That's some type of professionalism. I will spread the word around to avoid this shop and take their business elsewhere. No one should be racially profiled as a paying customer in a place of business. No one should be racially profiled PERIOD. This event happened to a very good friend of mine. This is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING and why we still have issues in this country. I could say more and use a different language but I will keep it clean and professional. I call for disciplinary action to be placed on the individual who said "this Mexican" in the video recording. Like some type of proper training.
Great Service! Very reasonable pricing and always prompt! I can't say enough great things about the owners. They are always friendly and give you the most economical options to repair your car. I have been going to them for YEARS and have never had a bad experience! Would recommend to everyone!
