Woodie's Auto Service and Repair Centers

I went to Woodie's for a second opinion after feeling like another car repair place was trying to pull a fast one on me. I'm so glad I went! I spoke with Patrick on the phone about my issue, and thankfully, he was able to quickly find me a time slot. The staff was thorough, competent, and most importantly, honest. Turns out one of the repairs suggested to me from the first repair shop wasn't even needed. Integrity is rare these days, especially when it comes to car repairs, but these guys nailed it. My radiator was leaking profusely, and my car was not drivable. Jeff at the front was so courteous and wasn't impatient with my questions. I love the fact that my repairs come with a 3 year warranty, and with my car being older, I find a lot of value in their service. Awesome experience! I called in the day of for a drop-off appointment ahead of the storm since it was in a very convenient location within walking distance from work and would eliminate the need for my usual plan to take it to all the way to the dealership for service. Even though it was last minute, they were willing to fit me in and had my car ready before I left work. Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful with everything, and gave me some helpful tips. The communication was fantastic, and I didn't feel pressured into purchasing anything that I didn't immediately need. I loved the fact that I could easily see what work needed to be done from my phone. I will definitely be back for future service!
