Moore's Body Shop

I was attempting to find a reputable body shop to have repairs performed to the body of my daughters 2015 Honda Accord an adorable car, driven by my adorable daughter. She’s an inexperienced driver and I expected a bump or two but nothing requiring 3500.00 in repairs so soon. I looked at reviews for Moore’s Body Shop. One thing that I noticed was that there were no recent reviews. All of them were over a year old, red flag. Maybe.We met and he required half the money upfront????. weird but I agreed. He said that I It would take a approx. 2 weeks and the car would be done. Well 1 month went by, no car. Not only no car, but no contact. Seriously I started to wonder as I could never reach anyone by phone if he was legit and still had my car, I drove over to verify. It was there but nowhere near ready. After my visit to check on the car he had it ready for me approx 5 days later. Well not really ready because let me tell you, the repairs were incomplete. After I paid in full I drove away

While visiting Charlotte, I backed into a yellow cement cylinders in a parking garage. Unfortunately it damaged my left taillight to the point that I couldn't drive home to NJ. After a quick Google search, I found this body shop. They were amazing!!! I walked in an hour before they closed, they took a look at it, ordered the part, and told me to come back the next day. My car was there less than 2 hours and it was ready to drive home! I can't even begin to explain how grateful I am that they were able to squeeze me in on only 12 hours notice so I could get back safely. Family owned/operated, reasonable pricing, and the friendliest staff (and office dog!). I would recommend them to anyone.

Van Moore is a good man. The world needs more people like Van Moore. I scratched/dented my new work vehicle on a concrete column in a parking garage in Uptown. I took it to two auto body shops in the Charlotte metro area in hopes someone could bang the dents out for me before I attempted to polish the scratches and inform my company of the incident... The first two places I went to insisted they could not work the dents out, and instead offered me panel replacement quotes for $4,500 and $7,000 respectively. Outrageous prices to pay for the size of the blemish... simply not worth it. In a last-ditch effort, I swung by Moore's Body Shop. Van was so incredibly nice, helpful, and understanding. He welcomed me with kindness, offered to take a look at my vehicle, and quickly devised an action plan. While he explained they typically only deal with larger collision repairs, he could tell I was in a panic, and very generously agreed to try and work out some of the indentation. For free! 30-40 m
