Figs Auto Repair

Had a great experience with Figs Auto!! I actually got to them from a flyer in my mailbox and desperately needed some work on my car so I decided to try them out. I do drive an older vehicle with high mileage that's from up north with the rust to match, and despite being turned away elsewhere in town, I'm very grateful Figs was willing to help me out. Richard (who I believe is the owner and/or manager) was very honest about what I needed done as well as the risks of working on a car with the issues mine has. I'm far from an expert on cars, so I really appreciated him taking the time to explain all the options I had with me. All the prices he quoted me were very fair and and after selecting a path forward, the work on my car was completed both ahead of schedule and on budget. When I picked up the car I also got to meet with Norman, the tech who worked on it, and he was also honest with me and very helpful. It's nice to finally have a shop in town that I trust and I definitely will bring

I’ve come to FIGS a few times for oil changes and more recently to diagnose a sound our car is making. The technician took the time to show me where the car had some rusting and other complications. Though I don’t always have the words to describe what sounds my car makes, they took the time to examine the possibilities. Richard booked us with a quick appointment and welcoming demeanor. I find the men in the office are honest and easy to talk to - the lofi music in the lobby wasn’t too bad either.

Visiting Charlotte from DC area and some super nice person sawed off and stole both catalytic converters off my Tundra. I took to Fig's and Richard was fantastic, honest and got the job done. I really appreciate that he kept in touch throughout the process and got me back on the road. Would definitely recommend Fig's.
