My experiences were always positive; thorough work, loaner vehicle offered, fair rates (often a fraction of what the dealership quoted me), and follow ups. Rozel is professional & friendly, the perfect person to greet and guide you through stressful car repairs. I truly appreciated their optimism and honesty about the extensive work I needed at the time. It was always done in a timely manner. I strongly recommend that all hybrid owners give them a call. Auto Shop of the Carolinas is THE place to go if you have a hybrid car. I've had several major issues with my older Prius and they've resolved each problem with excellent customer service and communication as well as being competitively priced. The owner is a gentleman in the true sense of the word. He is honest and has customer satisfaction as his main goal. I'll be one of their customers for years to come.
