Took my son’s car to NC Complete Autocare for service. Bill was very helpful. He explained everything he found and provided his recommendations. Very pleased with our service. They have a new loyal customer. Service: General repairs & maintenance
Took my car in for alignment adjustment because my car was pulling to the right. They adjusted the alignment, which needed it but it was still pulling. So one of the mechanics rode along with me to find the issue and point me in the direction to get it fixed (it was a warped tire that needed to be replaced). They went the extra mile to find that for me, good people!
Bill and his team saved the day for me! I had to have my brand new car towed here yesterday for an oil leak and these guys were so quick, reliable, and helpful. They provided me with all the information I needed to honor my warranty. I will definitely be using them for all my work in the future. Thank you NC Complete Auto Care! Y’all rock!
