EuroTech RTP

Jon and his shop EuroTech RTP is that unicorn that we have all been looking for! An honest, knowledgeable, fair, caring mechanic/businessman with great communication skills. I know, it sounds too good to be true, but it's not!! I recently took my 1990 e34 to his shop as I had an engine leak and my side mirror kept falling off. He researched and fix both issues flawlessly. He gave me a fair quote up front, stayed in communication with me throughout the process with updated timelines and he even took the time to check back in to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. Eurotech RTP is a wonderful small business specializing largely in German imports. Owned and operated by Mr. Jon Hinrichs, the shop is a gem and worthy of your business. Mr. Hinrichs has many years of experience both as a BMW certified mechanic with a dealership before moving on to a more intimate setting, where his true value shines. I took my Audi A3 TDI in for an oil change and some diagnostic work, and was pleasantly surprised by the level of care I received. Jon is personable, responsive, and passionate about what he does. As the sole proprietor, he is definitely busy, but took time out of his schedule to accommodate me, and his prices are competitive. In closing, I will be returning to Eurotech RTP for all of my maintenance and repair needs as the expertise and level of service are both exceptional.
