Chapel Hill Tire - Cary

From start to finish, a great experience. I received 4 new tires with a mount/alignment/balance along with their tire protection plan. Also took advantage of their shuttle (shuttle driver was so friendly and knew the area well) and was able to grab breakfast while they were changing my tires. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating and the service was done quickly. I used the snap financing and they were patient and helped me figure out how it all worked. Driving off the lot and these last few days my alignment has been better than when I first bought this car. Very pleased with the service from this location in every aspect. Thank you Chapel Hill Tire, I’ll definitely be back!

I lease so I only had to come here for State Inspection but what’s clear is the degree of professionalism not just in service but technology. Booking online, confirmation call of appointment, and auto-texts noting the progress of service - a great experience. I have used the prior business, bull tire, for over 20 years and they were purchased by chapel hill tires. The people are terrific, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and effective. I especially like Earl who has always done a terrific job. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing auto repair work.
