Cary Car Care is my go-to place when I'm having any issues with my car. They always do amazing work! Their customer service and communication are just as great as their mechanic skills!
Monnette was very helpful. I went in for a regular oil change service and they noticed my brake pads were at 3 mm. Since we were leaving in 2 days on a driving trip, Monnette was able to fit my brake job in the next day so my brakes would be ready for the trip. She also recommended some other regular maintenance that could be postponed until a later time. Services: Tire rotations, Brakes, Oil change
We are new to town and needed to find a new mechanic quicker than expected. We stumbled on Cary Car Care and were incredibly happy with their service. They were kind and attentive, which is not easy to find in this industry. We had what turned out to be a defective battery that had recently been replaced (in another state), and they took the time to truly identify the issue but also take care of it as efficiently as possible.
