Facts: Very long process for a small job. Out of price (over $4,600) for some paint removal on one of the rear side. 1 ceiling component that has been disassembled is now failing off with a clip issue. After having returned for repair, issue persists. Paint projections on plastic parts (not painted). Had to wait 45 min because the car was not ready whereas I received a notification saying that it was.
I had a great experience. Very customer friendly and explains all details. Timely status updates. Crystal Fitzpatrick was my estimator and coordinator and she is the best. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
