I was rear-ended in early November 2022 and was grateful that I was okay and my truck was still drive-able. The tailgate was crunched, both tail lights were broken, and the bed was pushed into the cab a bit. My insurance adjuster gave me the names of few places (shout out to Erie Insurance) and I started calling around. One place couldn't get me in until March, another person was a bit short on the phone, and then I called Silver's. Friendly, professional, and they could get me on the schedule in January - great. Closer to my drop-off date, I called to confirm and they prepped me that it was looking like a 40 hour or 1 month job. I dropped my truck off on a Monday and they called me on Friday with an update on the ongoing work. By the next week, they called again to say the work would be done in 2 weeks instead of 4!
