I bought a car here about a month ago - they don't sell more than a few per year, but it's legit!! They were so friendly, courteous, and answered all my questions very straightforwardly. The car was exactly what they advertised, in great condition, and a very reasonable price point. I am very happy with my purchase!
'99 F-550 wouldn't start and it seemed like a grounding/power issue. They got me in and diagnosed quickly. I signed off on them replacing the battery cable ends and an alternator. However, after they replaced the cable ends, they saw that the alternator was fine. Fantastic shop for getting me in and out quickly AND for not charging for extra parts and work, once they had better data!
Pro Automotive provides quality service with skill, honesty, and integrity. The Hendersonville GM dealer said my car needed a new engine costing $12.5K. I went to Pro Automotive to have the new engine installed. Bruce and his staff reviewed the engine, installed 2 electronic sensors, and said there was no need for a new engine. Without their honesty and integrity, they could have installed the new “unnecessary” engine. Service: Engine repair
