Since purchasing a used Subaru Forester at Prestige Subaru about three years ago, I have been taking my car to their service department for routine maintenance and problems with the A/C. The service techs are very thorough and competent, but I wanted to give a special shout-out to Service Advisor Gillian Murray. Not only is she is very knowledgeable about cars, she worked diligently in finding a way for me to use the warranty in order to repair the problematic A/C unit in my car, thus saving me hundreds of dollars in repairs. While my problem may be unique, I feel confident that if you have the good fortune of having Gill as your service advisor, you will be very satisfied with her professionalism and service.

So impressed. Made an appt for a diagnostic service. My service advisor Phillip, wow! Such a simple and what i thought a forgotten process, let's take it for a drive. He was able to determine what the issue was,and then immediately took my vehicle back for service. Thank you from the thoroughness of your check in to the experience of the service advisor.
