Precision Tune Auto Care

I’m disappointed by my experience with Precision Tune Auto Care. I called earlier in the week and asked if they took appointments for A/C repair. They said they do, so I scheduled an appointment for Friday morning. I rearranged my schedule so I could drop my car off first thing Friday, and I indicated on the drop-off form that I would be back at 4 pm to pick it up. I arrived at 4:15 pm, and they hadn’t even taken a look at my car. They asked me to wait an additional hour, but they weren’t even sure what what wrong with it, so it wouldn’t have necessarily been repaired during that time. I understand that they got busy, but what is the point of taking appointments if you can’t fulfill them? Even a phone call to let me know they were backed up would have been fine. Got an oil change and all my fluids checked, my tires checked. I walked to have lunch and the amount of time that it took which was less than an hour my car was completely ready for 1/2 a bill which included tip! ???? super guy too
