Very nice people, excellent customer service. I live an hour and a half away but was passing through Ashville on I 40 when I ran over a tire recap and tore up the splash guard under my car. They were able to fix it for me the same day and didn't even charge me for the service. If I didn't live so far away I would definitely go back

High-priced work and I can't help but feel that some instances are a cash grab. I went in to have a spark plug replaced and my estimate just had a bunch of random quoted jobs on it for stuff that didn't need to be immediately done, including a $1800 quote for a valve cover gasket replacement from "leakage". My second opinion wanted us to come by just to see what in the world they were talking about. They stated it wasn't needed but quoted anyway at under $500. Just seems like randomly estimated things to see if the bait is taken regardless if its needed or not. Maybe its supposed to be a convenience thing, everything's subjective. But I'm not going back. Wow, what an awesome experience! Out of nowhere, my check engine light came on and my car felt unsafe to drive. Fearing I wouldn't make it home, I took it straight to the Organic Mechanic shop. Their lot was jam-packed with cars recently damaged by flooding, and I knew they were short-staffed. I thought I would be hopeful to get the car back within 2 weeks. To my surprise and delight the car was fixed the very next day by 5:00 p.m. at a very good price. Can't say enough, these guys are so awesome!
