NTB-National Tire & Battery

Very disappointing. I bought 5 year alignment for both of my vehicles but NTB was bought out by Mavis and no they will not honor the alignment program that I purchased. Also o had an appointment today ( they would honor it today only) at 100 pm and it is 140 and my vehicle is still not being worked on. Was just told it would be 2 hours at least before my alignment will be done and I have now left. What a sorry excuse for a company. Transition member from upstate New York was unapologetic at beginning but thought it was no big deal that I had to wait that long. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. You will regret it!

My family and I had a blowout near NTB on our way home from a weekend getaway on a Sunday night. They were closed, and we had pressing business to get back for. The staff at NTB Tunnel Road took us in first on Monday morning, replaced our tire, and got us on our way quickly. We appreciated their customer service!

I’ve been here a couple times for my oil change and they always have good discounts which I always appreciate because I’m a broke college student. I also like that I can schedule everything online.
