Amazing experience here with Drake and other employee. Found affordable new tires that they put on my car quick and I asked for an oil change last minute and they were happy to accommodate me ... this place is how all garages should be ... Welcoming, easy, accommodating ... 5 stars and thank you Drake!!!

The staff ordered my tires quickly and installed them very quickly even though my vehicle was a bit large. Definitely will return for service in the future.

This NTB used to be my go to shop. I don't know what has changed (mechanics, management, both?) but I have had several experiences here now that will make me never return. I don't often write negative reviews, but it was bad enough that I am surprised they still have an overall high rating here. Most recently, after getting a flat tire fixed, my car was shaking at high speeds. I took it in twice here since I had bought my tires here, and they suggested realignment and rebalancing. Both times they took a couple of hours, said they did a realignment and rebalancing and that I would be good to go, and neither time the problem of my car shaking was solved (in fact, it was worse after one of the times). I finally took it to another shop, who told me it was clear no one had balanced my tires and that my alignment was off. I'm not sure what's going on, but it feels like no one here knows what they're doing. Don't waste your time and money!
