I cannot rave about Joyner BMW & Chris enough - I've been trusting Chris with my car for 2 years now and every time we're done, I swear I am somehow more impressed & happy than before. I luckily live 5 minutes from his location, but I would recommend coming from any surrounding area to Chris over BMW or any other service center - you will get your value & more from this decision. Real life example - I got my brakes replaced by Chris a few months ago for almost HALF the price BMW charged me a few years prior. Unbelievable. They're honest, straight forward, timely, and reliable - can't ask for more. Thanks for everything, Chris!
I’ve only taken my bmw here since I got it. I’ve never had an issue reoccur once Joyner has worked on it and have always been happy with the price. Super nice people and super good service :) Service: General repairs & maintenance
Chris is a great mechanic and an honest guy. I trust his work, however as of 2019 he seems overwhelmed with the amount of business that he has and struggles to keep up. Unfortunately his customer service has suffered as a result. I've had difficulty getting in touch with them and have had to take my car elsewhere because I can't get an appointment.
