First time w this location, 2nd time dealing w Joe Hudson. The car look perfect and I’m very picky! Being a nearly new car, I hoped to get a factory finish and we got exactly that. Great communication as well. It took a little longer to finish than expected but the most important factor to me was quality of work. A++
Horrible customer service. When I arrived for my appointment for an adjuster to look at my car damage; they said I didn't have an appointment. Luckily, I had text and email proof of the appointment, otherwise, they were ready to send me away. I should've walked away then. Service: Body & Trim
