Import Concepts 2 (aka Service for Honda & Acura)

The local Honda dealer has abhorrent reviews and Morganton is a drive. My car needed service, so I decided to give these guys a shot. I called ahead to schedule and got an estimate for the work. I called Morganton and got the same estimate. This place is minutes from my place, so I went for it. The guys at the counter greeted me warmly and promised to have my car out in an hour. I sat at the table outside, logged onto their wifi, and watched trash on my phone while I waited. About 45 minutes later I was out the door with a happy car. I much prefer the vibe of this place to Morganton, so I'll definitely be back.

What’s the point of making an appointment if they can’t help you then and there? Made an appointment because my driver side wing mirror shakes when driving. Joey did his part and accessed me and went to get a second opinion. Ted said they didn’t have time to work on it then. Okay fine… so I asked to make an appointment to come back again. He said “I would just remove part of the door and and adjust whatever’s loose” and walked away. Didn’t make me an appointment. I’m going to your shop to give you money so you can do this service for me because I can’t do that nor do I want to. I work a lot and don’t have time to make appointments again and again. My wife and I have been taking our accord and both civics here but we’re no longer interested in doing business with them.

Excellent experience! The repair shop is honest, fair, and transparent with their prices. Ted was very helpful . This will be my repair shop from now on. If you own a Honda, here is where you want to take your car!
