Firestone Complete Auto Care

We're traveling through and had a nail in our tire. Unfortunately we had put too many miles on the tire before we realized so the tire was shot and tread was low one all 4. We ended up with 4 new tires but they were able to take us in the same afternoon and we weren't delayed.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. Was quoted $2600 for air conditioning repair. Happy I got a second opinion, as the work only ended up costing $1000 at a local repair shop. I know I've been overcharged here before, but it was minor and the convenience of the location made it worth it. Will never be going back to this location or any other Firestone.

We got new tires for my wife's vehicle. Great customer service. They did a vehicle inspection as is customary and found a coolant leak. They said it would be $700 to fix. They also said it wasn't urgent. We decided not to have the work done immediately. Long story short, we took the vehicle to our regular mechanic and he fixed the problem for 225 bux... Not saying anything negative about Firestone, but......that's a huge difference.
