Good service at a family owned shop that has been here for many decades.
I drove my Prius from Michigan to NC to visit my daughter. It was vibrating most of the way. My daughter gave me the number of Cox to get it checked out. They had a full schedule but fit me in. They replaced the spark plugs and ignition coil. They also gave me information about what I should get fixed when I got home. My Prius ran like a new car! Very pleased and would highly recommend. Honest folks there.
Cox Auto Service provided a professional experience and was able to give a diagnostic and fix the issue in the same day. Great customer service and communication throughout the process! Will definitely be recommending to others and coming back myself if needed
