Car was hit in the back while standing. Caliber replaced the bottom rear bumper, painted it, reconnected all equipment, cleaned the car. All done well, successfully, within the time frame specified, and with regular texts to keep me informed. Car is riding well, looks great. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT CALIBER. The customer service, the intake process, the repairs, the communication. Everything from day one reassured me I and my vehicle were in the right place. Other shops had quoted me 6 to 8 weeks. Caliber said 30 days, had me and my vehicle back on the road in 22 days! Arlando in the front office even worked with me to pre-order the parts we needed to reduce the time in the shop. By far one of the best features was him communicating with me via text updates to let me know where they were at with the repairs. They handled this far better than State Farm or Enterprise. Great service and quick responses. The employee Lando was especially helpful, keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle that needed some body work done to it. Definitely recommend using them!
