Brief but, excellent experience. I called to see if someone could look at my car which had started making a terrible squealing noise suddenly. He fit me in right away- the noise, of course, stopped before I showed up... He actively listened to me about the problem, then checked the brakes, wheels, and under the hood. After he took the time to listen to me look over the car and take it for a test drive with me he thought most likely a rock from my gravel road had gotten stuck and dislodged itself. He said he could not find a problem with the car and no work needed to be done. He refused to take any money for his time (I offered twice). We left and drove the car 7h to West Virginia with no problems. Excellent and kind service. Would definitely recommend.

Friendly, down-to-earth, honest mechanical professionals! They've been able to accurately assess every issue I've had with my car since I first took it to them for repairs two weeks ago. I honestly don't know where else I would've taken it, or how much extra I would've spent, if it wasn't for Bruce and Allen. Thanks!
