Called for a quote for a transmission service on my 2016 bmw m4, and was told I'd have to bring the car in to get the quote. So I scheduled an inspection for $60.00. Dropped car off at 930 for 10am scheduled "Top to Bottom Inspection " at 335 pm Received a text with a link to findings of inspection as well as A charge for $136.00. But no mention of the Transmission Service quote. I called to remind them that the transmission service quote was the entire reason for the inspection, and added some known issues like GPS Failure to load , and oil pan replacement that the "Top to Bottom " inspection didn't catch . Advisor said they would take another look tomorrow. Next day I finally received the transmission service quote and a new bill of $272.00. I went to pick the car up and asked why it wasn't the 60.00 I was initially quoted for the transmission service price and was told it was because I Failed to mention that I wanted a quote for the transmission service at the time that I dropp

A complete waste of time and money. Went in with a check engine and epc light on, in limp mode, rough idling and shaking engine. Came out with same check engine and epc lights on, in limp mode, rough idling and engine shaking. $600+ for nothing. Sorry, but I won't be back. I went to All German Performance to have my brakes checked. I paid this shop to install ceramic brakes with a year warranty. They lied to me and installed metallic pads instead. The shop neglected to tell me my back brake pads needed replacement (90% worn). My brand new rotors are getting glazed because of these incorrect pads and now I will have to fully replace all the work they did. Best they would do after calling them out on the lie of the ceramic vs. metallic pads was refund the difference in cost of brakes. After 5 visits and too much time wasted on this problem they have essentially stolen over $1,000 from me. This is a shady shop and I would steer clear of them. The attached photos increase this reviews reach 100x. Reply to Owner: The owner clearly has not addressed the fact that he has lied about installing the ceramic brakes. The owner mentioned that he informed us about worn pads on 11/4 but our brakes were worked on before that visit on 4/8. We didn’t drive the car enough
