Had the pleasure of meeting David when I brought in my 2013 BMW X3. I had previously had my battery changed by Firestone mobile and since then vehicle was running rough. David quickly diagnosed the problem to be that Firestone hadn't registered the new battery despite saying they had. He registered the battery free of charge for me and insisted I didn't owe him anything. I would definitely bring my vehicle back in the near future because I know he is a mechanic that will be honest and fair. Service: Battery
