Excellent service. The work they did on my Dodge Caravan is nothing less than perfect. Customer service is above anyone else we have ever used. They kept us updated on the progress. And afterward, came out & looked at it with us in case we had any concerns. This is the only place I will ever use! I appreciate that they actually care about people. Thank you!

This man just got under my car and fixed my heat shield and used a razor blade to cut off the broken and hanging piece of my plastic cover for the under carriage of my Honda 2011 accord for free. I absolutely cannot believe it. I tried to pay him and he refused. It only took him 5 minutes to help me out. Completely impressed with his professionalism and compassion towards my situation. They are backed up til may I guess and he was able to fit me in since it wasn’t a big issue, I was driving over from Washington to Montana and hit a pot hole that messed up a few things. I didn’t think I was going to be able to get help but thanks to Track Side at least I can drive back home without that grinding noise I really appreciate your help!!! There’s a reason this place has 4.9 stars and that’s because it’s the best. Track Side recently did work on my Chevy and the process couldn’t have been more seamless. From the estimate to completion, they were prompt and transparent. Their communication went above and beyond my expectations and the staff was friendly and easy to work with. They provided a shuttle service to pick up my rental car after the insurance company fumbled my reservation. I was not happy and Track Side made an unpleasant situation tolerable. When I picked my car up, it was spotless and the work they performed was perfect. They were kind enough to wash my car and throughly clean the interior, which was a nice touch and it made my day. Overall, I was extremely impressed. I would recommend Track Side to anyone and they will be the only auto body shop in town that I will use. If you need work done, this is the place to go!!!
