I had an absolutely amazing experience with The Brake Shop & Auto Repair in Billings, MT. My 21 year old son was traveling from Minnesota to Oregon. His car began making a loud grinding sound, we were worried he was going to be stuck on the side of the road. So he stopped for the night and called The Brake Shop & Auto Repair first thing the next morning. They fit him in immediately. From the moment he walked into the shop, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain the situation and what needed to be done with his 20 year old car, so that both my son and I had a good understanding. He needed his front drive shaft replaced, it was near the breaking point. Also replaced a brake line that was leaking. All of that in under 5 hours for about $800.
