Jr's Repair and Exhaust

JR has always been great to work with, but this job has been a horrible disaster. To begin with, we prdered 2.5 inch exhaust with our own mufflers. It was finished in 2.25 and our mufflers were sitting in the back of the truck. It took a couple weeks. Then we took it back to get the right mufflers added. Tailpipes are different length even tough we told them. Exhaust crosses where drive shaft needs to run out of transmission. Exhaust blocks in the battery so battery can NEVER be changed without cutting exhaust. Some welds were REALLY sloppy. THe truck has a beutiful custom frame and they spray pained their welds without covering the frame. Now there is overspray on the frame and coilovers. It is sad a good business can let this quality happen. Service: Exhaust

JR and crew do excellent work. I brought them a 13 year old truck that had been abused in every salty environment the east coast could throw at it. I do most of the work on it, so I knew I was bringing them a challenge for replacing my catalytics and headers. JR knew that instantly on first inspection and willingly took it on. They communicated exactly what they were doing as they worked and were great to do business with. I was also pleasantly surprised by their pricing. Great shop, thanks again guys. Service: Exhaust

JR is the freaking man! I had my catalytic converter stolen early morning Thursday from my truck. I took it to Jr's and he let me know they only stole one of them which was some what good news. I left the truck there that day and it was done that Friday morning. The speed they got it done was incredible as this was my work truck. JR and his crew went above and beyond by installing some rebar to help protect it from theft and even fixed my skid plate cover why they were under there too. He explained the insurance process to me as well and sent me all the photos I needed! I would highly recommend going to JR's. Service: Exhaust
