Jake and Dalton are awesome! We broke down with our F250 7.3L with a 35' toy hauler camper in tow on the way from Spokane Valley Washington to Minnesota. Jake was out of town and said he would help us if we were still stuck. Ford was booked out 2 weeks and would not get us in before anybody else even given our situation. We had the whole unit towed to his shop. We were lucky enough that Dalton had come in Monday morning and he immediately dropped what he was doing to help us. He even let us use their shop truck to go to the Ford dealer to buy a new IDM (injector driver module). I cannot say enough about how good their customer service is and I would recommend them to anyone!!! Thank you again guys!!!

Jake was absolutely amazing to deal with. I had multiple questions regarding my truck, he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me just exactly what that ment on a level that I could understand. His service was quick, professional and friendly. Jake took the time to go way above and beyond what I could ever imagine and he has definitely gained a customer for life.
