When picking up my husband from work, the front brakes gave out and we thought we would be stranded as most automotive businesses were already closed. By luck we found this place and slowly drove there. Although they were about to close, they took the time to quickly diagnose the issue on our F150. They wouldn’t be able to fix it until the next day, so they went above and beyond and booked us a rental and Kayli even took us to pick up the rental. They fixed our truck the next day at a very affordable price. Great service all around by good folks!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! first off I smelled hard alcohol on employees breath!! Then sat there for over 2 hours waiting for them to tell me a ABNORMALLY HIGH amount for some very basic service that other shops I had called after told me they'd do for less than half the price!!! Then to top it off I found that upon leaving they had STOLEN all of my change I had in the center console!!! In which they quickly denied of course!!! I mean, if you're gonna steal change at least do it no chalant and leave a little so it's not noticed, but they actually stole EVERY CENT!!! DEFINITELY AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!

My son's truck was towed in off the interstate with a blown transmission. They gave us 2 different quotes for both a used and a rebuilt transmission. Told my son they went over the truck and the only other thing it needed was shocks. My son got back to Bozeman went to Walmart to have the oil changed and the tires rotated, only to be told by the manager at Walmart that they wouldn't even attempt to put the truck on the rack as the frame was cracked to within an inch of completely breaking. If it was up to him the truck wouldn't leave Walmarts parking lot. He took it to a welding shop and they gave him even worse news, the rear cross member wasn't even attached to the frame it had sheared off completely. they also told him they would like for him to leave the truck and not to drive it. JB Auto, put my son in a vehicle that shouldn't have left their shop, if the frame had completely broke going down the highway at 85 mph, my son would have been killed. They charged us $2500 for parts
