My wife took our Expedition to Heights Car Care to have the AC checked and fixed. They did an evac and fill but failed to notice that it wouldn't hold vacuum or inspect the system. Turns out the condenser is cracked. Within a day the system was empty. They refused to see her the day she called back in the morning or give her a definite time when they could. They also refused to refund her for their failed work. Beware, they are obviously just out to make a quick buck and will not stand by their work. They do not take the time to inspect thoroughly. I do not go out of my way to write bad reviews but they did this to my wife!!!! So, don't let your loved ones use this place. Steer clear. Service: A/C installation & repair
Well it was a friend of mine that I went with and we were treated so well and the prices are very fair. Now I'm going to go there my self. Service: Wheel alignment
I spoke with Joe on the phone about my husband coming by with a check engine light issue. He was so nice and helpful. I never have been to Heights Car Care but I can tell you, they are good people. Service: Auto engine diagnostic
