Hanks Body Shop

While on our way from Minnesota to Montana, we had a coyote run out in front of us and it broke our radiator. An awesome towing company towed us over an hour to Hanks Auto Body. Though their regular schedule was out a month or more, they were exceptional with their service and repaired our vehicle while we enjoyed our vacation! They helped expedite our claims process with our insurance and kept us up to date on our repairs throughout the week. Sue in the office is an amazing woman to work with and she was so kind! When Hanks was family owned it was amazing!! Now it's run by Lithia.. they have had my car for almost two months..I keep getting "oh one more week" "one more day" over and over again..I called them this Monday morning (was supposed to be done last friday) was told the parts came in but they were damaged and lo and behold I have to wait longer!! This is unacceptable and I will never take my car there again nor refer anyone to them anymore!! Services: Painting, Body & Trim
