This is the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic. I would have thought a mechanic would finish examining a car before repairing stuff. I had asked for a full evaluation of my car since it has not been in the shop for some time. Let's be honest, I couldn't afford to take it to a shop for a while. I brought it to Chaz to examine and determine what all needs to be worked on to get my car back in good standing. He did plug in the computer to find out what codes the car was throwing, but did not have a lift available to look at it and did not offer to drive it when I told him there was a rattling that got worse when I hit bumps. He asked if I had a ride home or not and if I could leave it there for a bit. I told him I did not mind waiting. After almost 2 hours of him boasting about how awesome of a mechanic he is and how much money he has gotten from working on an acquaintances car, we made the plan to bring it back the next week when he had time in his schedule do repairs. Great atmosphere and even better mechanic. Does great work and great prices. Such a good person and my personal friend. Glad to give him my business. Works on all my vehicles. No other mechanic holds a candle to Black Ice.

I have a 19 year old Cadillac Escalade I was just about ready to give up on. She still ran good but the ABS system wasn't working properly. After an unsuccessful repair job at a big name GM auto repair shop I was becoming very depressed. So, I gave Chaz a call and now I'm sure glad I did. He took time to listen to me describe my issues and concerns, tool a test drive with me get a feel of my drive. He's a miracle worker! Now we are developing a maintenance plan to keep my rig running for the long term. I'd highly recommend Chaz over a big name repair shop any day!
