Auto Works 360

I should've done this review a while ago. Glad i found this shop. I usually do most of my own work on my vehicles, i'm not the best or most experienced mechanic in the world, but I am very picky and like things done right. For this reason and high labor costs i'm very reluctant to take my vehicles to any shop as i have always been able to figure things out on my own given enough time. Since moving to billings I have had a few vehicle projects going on and have found myself unable to productively diagnose and fix the issues at hand. So i decided to enlist a shop for help with my daily driven Blazer. I chose this shop because its locally owned and couldnt have been more relieved and satisfied with my experience. Ive never been a career mechanic, but i worked in the auto industry for nearly a decade before moving here and can say with confidence that these guys run an honest business with fair prices and quality work. Our car broke down on the highway far from home. We called a few repair shops and were fortunate when Eldon of Auto Works 360 in Billings, MT answered the phone. His shop was very busy but he looked at our car when the tow truck delivered it and had us on the road again the next morning after replacing the starter. Took my car in thought I had blown a head the owner of the shop was very professional he did not charge me for a job that did not need to be done but instead called me told me what was wrong and asked before moving forward he did not try to push unwanted or unnecessary repairs and is extremely fair on the price he only had my car as long as it was needed will use this shop for all of my future repair needs thank you for being honest Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic
