Walmart Auto Care Centers

I always come here to get oil changes and have bought tires and had them put on. Kenneth and Willis always give top notch service. The others that work on the cars probably do too I mentioned those two because I have dealt with them multiple times. I received an oil change on 11/11/23 I was supposed to have it done the previous Saturday at 11:00 a.m. but when I got there I was terribly disappointed because the person who scheduled the appointment over the telephone when I called didn't actually put me on the schedule even though he told me the appointment was set for 11:00 a.m. I was absolutely LIVID! Thanks for Kenneth he scheduled an appointment for 11/11/23 and actually put it into the system and I received a confirmation text. He was apologetic for his co-worker dropping the ball, so new employee that obviously didn't know what he was doing. I wish I could rate this with a negative score. I scheduled a tire change for 5pm on Thurs 6/22. I got there at 4:45 just to find out they closed at 4pm for lack of help. I complained and the manager tried to make it right by telling me to come in the next day. I told him I could be there at 12:15 and I was. He told me they would put me in immediately and get me out quick. They actually scheduled me for 1pm. No problem, I went and had lunch with my Autistic son and his mother. Came back at 2:05 only to find out they hadn't even started. Said I was next but I wasn't! I sat there with my son for the next hour and he was not coping very well AT ALL! They FINALLY got me out of there at 3pm. This kind of service is totally unacceptable! I do appreciate the manager trying to make it right but they fell way short of reaching that mark! We had an appt. for Sat. at 8:00 for a repair to the tire on my husbands truck. we had it booked in advance because the Service clerk said they was too busy to fix his tire. Sat. morning he got up and went to Walmart Service and the guy there said he could not repair or do any thing thing because both Mgrs. was off and no one to enter the request. I believe this is poor manangement on your store. We had to go to another repair place and get done but we got lucky and Goodyear was open that day. We shop at Walmart a lot and I believe it is going down hill everyday. Please see what can be done about this issue! Service: Tires
