Took my car to Freeman’s for a repair. From the start with a quote, the individuals I talked to were professional, quick to get back to me, and reasonably priced. I took my car in to get serviced first thing the next morning. As they worked, they ran into multiple issues with the repair because my car wanted to be difficult - not them. Freddy’s communication with me was great! He updated me along the way with each thing that happened, explained it in a way I could follow, and the steps they were going to take to ensure they fixed the issue. They persisted and got the job done. Price was more than original quote because of the challenges my car threw at them led to more labor hours and an additional part, which Freddy explained to me. Price was still reasonable and I think I would have paid much more had I gone somewhere else. I felt they were very honest, professional, and fair priced. I trusted Freeman's Auto Repair to figure out why smoke and noise was coming from the engine of my '08 Honda Accord. Although they repaired the oil leak the noise was still there. Later I found out they replaced a part that wasn't causing the issue with my car and that part cost me over $500. Although I told them the part had recently been replaced. I had to pay someone to fix what was really causing the noise and that cost me another $350. Thank God I found someone that would put the part on for me because it would have been another $500+ if I took it to another shop. I also found out they left a screw out of my valve cover and didn't place the oil filter on correctly, so the car was still smoking. So now I have to get another oil change and that's another $65 or $70. I was so stressed out trying to understand why they didn't do a diagnostic test on my car.
