I was received professionally with courtesy and full attention. Explained that the wait time may be an hour plus When the mechanic checked the tire, he came in and explained what the problem was. Waiting area was pleasant and clean Definitely the way business should be conducted
Would give 4 stars but the wait time was awful. We got there around 11 and didn't leave til after 5. Pandemic has gotten everything backed up. But I'd rather you not accept business you can't handle in good timing. I have no complaints about the work they did though. And it was clean inside not like other tire places.
I needed to be at work by 10am. Phillip told me he could get me there on time. They did a great job and got me out with time to spare. Also gave me a deal because I unexpectedly needed 2 tires instead of 1. Great place.
