A simple oil change is all I requested - god No oh God please don’t! I almost had engine failure because of the oil was leaking after they forgot to seal up my filter on a practically new vehicle and when I confronted the service manager, and some of the technicians wanted to get an attitude, if you wanna lose your investment go there 1 star ⭐️ and all thumbs and toes down ???????????????? Worst customer service ever! The technician & the manager acted as if they didn’t want my service from the beginning which was crazy for me to even leave my truck up there. But I dropped my truck off at 7am this morning and nothing was done to my truck until I called them at 4p to check on the status. Then he called me back with a rude nasty unprofessional attitude talking about he couldn’t found any issues with my truck and he was not about to spend all day trying to find a issue. I’m like sir first off calm your attitude down & secondly I brought my truck to you because obviously something is wrong with it & I thought that’s your job to diagnose and fix issues. I’ll never use another car care clinic again. Service: Brakes

I got my oil changed here and the service was great! They were all super friendly, and informative. It didn’t take long at all either, which was nice since I was on my lunch break. Will be coming back next time! Service: Oil change
