I was a mechanic for 12 years in the armed forces. I've seen some lazy maintenance before but this takes the cake. I brought my car in after replacing the rack and pinion for a front alignment. They twisted my boots on both sides. When I called the manager he wanted me to come "make it right". After a simple untwist he wanted to try and charge me a fee to fix their mistake. Never again will I trust this establishment. If I cant trust you with something this simple, how can I trust a bigger job.
Eagle tire made my oil changed quickly. I was pleased with the service and the short time I was there.
Great experience! While my F150 was getting an alignment they offered to take me to work and pick me up. Great customer service! I highly recommend.
