I'm way overdue singing AM Clark's praises! I was in town for an overnight event. Just as I got off the freeway my car began to overheat and I lost all my coolant. Despite being busy with many other things, they told me to bring my car over and they'd take a look. Well, they quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the needed parts, and told me they would have it repaired in time for me to drive home after my event ended - and then they gave me a ride to my lodgings. Very happy with their excellent customer service! I needed someone (super last minute) to check a leaky tire before leaving on a trip and they were able to fit me in the same day to take a look--and they wouldn't accept money! Even though they weren't able to get their hands on the tires I needed since it was so last minute, they called a tire store for me to help set up an appointment for the next day.
