They don't acknowledge their customers at all. Their customer service and support abilities are NOT sufficient enough to receive business from ANYONE. They have a (Breach in Warranty) so if they scam you out of your money the first time they will give you a receipt for NOTHING then out their mouth say "Your warranty is good for a year!" While time they are thinking..."SIKE!"
