Does Good work but they never answer their phone!! And I would definitely have given a 5 star if I didn’t honestly feel Sometimes when I wud let them work on my vehicle eventually it seems like I keep having to go back to them for what I thought they already fixed! But I haven’t had many complaints but they do need to start answering the phone better that’s another crucial way of getting ppl business cause some ppl don’t just have the type of time all the time to just drive all the way to them when some questions could have easily been answered over the phone!
My family has been taking our vehicles to Norm's since I was a baby. Now my son takes his car there. The mechanics give great customer service, and they do quality work.
Love this place. Norm is great,and friendly,the whole team is.He's been my family's mechanic for years.
