Chad at the shop was very helpful and friendly. We came in with a dent in our old minivan near the front right headlight. He looked at it right away and offered a few different solutions in a variety of price ranges, from the most simple work to the more complex and detailed. We opted for the quick repair since the vehicle's old, and he was able to help us the same day. We're very satisfied with the level of service we received. Thanks Chad!
Loughborough Auto Body is a very professional and friendly family owned business. Chad and Mike treat you as though you are family. The work is exceptional and they definitely guarantee their products and services. I had my 2009 Pontiac Solstice repaired two years ago and took it back a week ago on work that they had done. And, they are working on it with NO hassles. I have referred many other customer. Who stated that they are very pleased with their work and customer service. I highly recommend this company.
