This place is awesome for me. Their prices are excellent and they are right across the street from and autozone. So you can easily get your own parts. Their work is quality. The only drawback is the waiting area. The customer service is also great

It’s hard trying to navigate the auto world as woman with very little knowledge of how things work. Perry and his staff always make sure to explain to me what’s wrong and what it means to the overall car.. he’s never been wrong. HEM is reasonable and they make every attempt to work with you if you work with them. I won’t take my car anywhere else unless I have no other options. I've brought a couple vehicles here to get a safety and emissions but everytime I'm here I always hear people either dropping vehicles off or picking them up from various services. They've answered the phone anytime I've called and the customer service is pretty good. The service I received was quick, fast and well done. Will continue to recommend and will return in the future.
