Just wanted to give a shout out to Mark Jr. for all his professionalism in towing. He did such an awesome job with getting me out of a nasty mess without any further damage to my vehicle. He really is great at what he does and has a great attitude. This was was second time using Hartmann's and i will call and trust them again with my auto needs. Thank you from Amy ONeal.
Stopped by the shop to get an estimate on my work vehicle after someone backed into me. They buffed out the minor scratches and didn't charge me. I'll definitely be back when I need more work done on any vehicle.
Needed to have my car towed after a blowout; the company was prompt, and the service agent that came to tow my vehicle was friendly, professional, and helped make an anxious situation much more manageable.
